This Zillow bundle gives you everything you need for your Zillow Showcase listing. By using this bundle, you automatically gain the Zillow level 1 boost, which according to Zillow will generate 2 times the views! You must use the bundle to get the level 1 boost. (you can get level 2 boost by purchasing a Showcase Listing from Zillow), but that is not necessary to get the boosted views on your Zillow and Trulia listing.

BCI Upload to Beaches MLS (prepaid orders only)

BCI Photo is a certified photographer in the Beaches MLS system. Let us upload all your images and media to MLS directly for you. Then you can organize them however you like on MLS. Just choose this option, and choose us from the MLS Certified Photographer list. OR, this is included at N/C in the Full Monty. NOTE> This requires your adding us prior to the photo date in order for us to be able to upload your pix. We can NOT upload to MLS for you if you still have an open balance. Please make sure your listing is PAID before photo day if you want us to do this for you. Note. ALL BALANCES must be paid in FULL before we can do the upload to MLS. So please pay your balance due prior to shoot date.

This is a fly over video of each hole just like on TV. Price includes licensed background music. Price is per 18 holes. Suggested additions include Professional Narration, and/or a Course Introduction clip.

Professional voice over for each hole, reading your script as written. If we have to adapt/edit your script add $50.00 per hole needing attention. This fee applies when doing the audio originally, or for any revisions requested after the fact.

Add on to your narrated video order. These are great for a Club introduction, Renovation project description, practice facilities, tennis club, etc etc. This segment includes the same narration exactly to the script you provide. Course Renovation Documentation

Includes still photos of all desired holes (up to 18) at 4, one month intervals. Price shown is per session. Minimum required sessions is 4. 500.00 each x 4 sessions = $2000.00. However you can have us shoot as many sessions as you need beyond the 4.
